WinRM cannot process the request/Files can't be loaded, running of scripts is disabled Ex2013 SP1
Description

When migrating a mail-in database and we get an error saying that the owner cannot be migrated. The error specifies that "WinRM cannot process the request".
Changing the configuration to have the actual server name in "Exchange server for mail profile" in the Exchange setting, then we get a similar error.
"Files cannot be loaded because the running of scripts is disabled on this system."
Note: that the execution policy is set to 'unrestricted'.
Cause

This is caused by the location of the Physical path that the backend processed are referring to being incorrect.
