MfNE Group Provisioning crashes (4287048)

MNE Group Provisioning crashes with the following message logged:

13:03:35 ERROR: [5537-139-2-00000000]Unable to run worker program 'D:\Quest\Migrator for Notes to Exchange\AdGroups.exe'

The root cause of this issue is to do with permissions. MNE service account did not have permissions to see the objects within all the OUs in AD.

Since it does not have visibility, it tries to create a contact when it already exists.

Granting Read permissions does not crash ADGroup.exe, it logs a warning informing that could not add the member in the group.

MNE service account needs full-control over all objects in AD.
