When there are additional notes applications or DLLs located on the file system (other than the default location), these (applications/DLLs) will not allow the Self Service Desktop Migration to run with the error "Notes error".
NNotes.dll is located in \windows\system folder or in a folder that is not in the default path
c:\lotus\notes
Rename the offending DLL file and the Self-Service Desktop Migration will run as normal
