Export of the Notes Directory does not work for a group or resource (4254750)

Performing an Export Notes Directory, a Lotus Notes group or resource is not exported into Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE).

There are multiple causes for this to happen.

• The group or resource does not have a SMTP address associated with it.
• The migration account does not have access to the group or resource.

For MNE to export the group or resource, ensure that the following are met.

• On the Person Document for the group or resource add the SMTP address to the internet address field.
• The migration administrator account has access to the group or resource.
