Description
Migration of a mail-in database with permissions delegated to groups do not seem to come over to O365. Users do but not the Group WARNING: [5071-208-4-00000000]The following delegates are not added to Exchange: Error Message: The delegate does not map to a user in the Active Directory. Smtp Address: GroupSMTP@Domain.com

Cause
The is due to the limitations of the EWS (Exchange Web Service) in which the tool accesses O365.
