Cause
The MailNickname field was not populated on the Object in Active Directory -
Resolution
- DomainController>Populate the MailNickname field on the AD object
- replicate to all Domain Controllers
- Test with following command;
Get-MailUser -Identity CN=<Name>,OU=<OrganizationalUnit>,DC=<Domain>,DC=<Domain> -DomainController <DomainController>
- Run the connector
