Getting "NSD is running" errors (4210052)

When running the mail migration wizard for Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE), an error messages pops up saying "NSD is running." and the tool aborts. 

This is caused by a Notes client crash.  When there is a abnormal termination of the Notes client application, Notes will create a diagnostic file (NSD file) containing information about the crash.

Do the following:

1. Reinstall the Notes client on the migration machine and upgrade to Notes 7.x and higher if not already running.
2. Turn off any anti-virus running on the migration machine.
3. Restart the domino server
