During a migration a warning message, such as below may appear within the log:
WARNING: [7342-4-7-00000000] Message was filtered or skipped because:
The reason for this, briefly, can be due to the following:
- You have a trial version, please see the SOL15669 for trial version limitations
- You are date filtering messages, therefore some are skipped because you are not migrating that date
- You are migrating, but not migrating calendar appointments
- The message form is unknown. Please see SOL12474 and SOL15044
A description of errors which can occur as a result are:
WARNING: [7342-4-7-00000000] Message was filtered or skipped because: Not migrating unknown message form: OUTOFOFFICEPROFILE
Description:This is a form used by Notes for out of office. By default we do not migrate message of this form type. To do so, please see solution SOL15044 which describes how migrate these messages.
WARNING: [7342-4-7-00000000] Message was filtered or skipped because: Not migrating meeting counter response document.
Description:This is a system object type which is never migrated by default. This can safely be ignored. No data will be lost upon migration.
This will also appear for Meeting Response Document.
WARNING: [7342-4-7-00000000] Message was filtered or skipped because: Not migrating conflict document.
Description:By default we do not migrate conflicting documents. This will be because it already exists thus being a duplicate so no data will be lost upon migration.
WARNING: [7342-4-7-00000000] Message was filtered or skipped because: Not migrating unknown message form: H_PAGEUI
Description:The H_PAGEUI is a notes form. Messages of this form class are not migrated by default. H_PAGEUI is a form used in Notes/Domino that controls the display of web access pages. All pages of Domino web access use this form. To migrate messages of this form type, please see solution SOL15044 which describes how to do so.
Most of the Warnings are safe to ignore since the message is being migrated. A good way of verifying that is to track/search by the MessageID so this will show you the recent status of the message such as failed or migrated.
