Cause
Modification to the Global Default Settings (including Admin pool accounts) will not be updated in any existing templates -
Resolution
Resolution
Once anything has changed in the Default settings of MNE (Navigation bar on the left SQL Server to Active Directory) The templates should be recreated if you wish to include the new settings.

Additional Information
A common example of this would be setting the logging to verbose for troubleshooting then use a template that has the normal logging engaged. The log would have retained the normal logging level because that is what the settings were when the template was created.
