In case of a need for changing the type of assigned Office 365 Admin pool license, for example from E1 to E3, where should this action be done and does it affect migration.
When the O365 Account Pool Management utility is ran, MfNE only checks to verify that the user is licensed and has a mailbox. MfNE does not check to make sure that it has the license that we gave it originally, so changing the license does not have an impact on the migration.
As long as the license that is assigned to the account is a license with a mailbox, the specific license should not matter.
