When running Notes Migrator for Exchange you may recieve the following error:
"Error: WARNING: Unable to open folder."
If you recieve this error you should attempt one of the following items:
1. If you are running Notes/Domino releases later than 4.5.4 and 4.6.1 and still getting this error, it is suggested to pull a new replica, if one exists, from another server.
2. Making a new copy of the file by selecting File, Database, and New Copy from the menu has been known to resolve the error.
3. The most likely cause of this error is due to a problem with the Notes client's Desktop.dsk file. Running Compact or Nfixup on the Desktop.dsk may alleviate the problem.
