Getting an invalid or expired key error when using the contact migrator.
Description
After upgrading the license for MNE (Migrator Notes to Exchange) the SSDM (Self service Desktop Migrator) tool complains that the license has expired or is invalid.
Cause
Upgrading the NME license does not upgrade the SSDM tool.
Resolution
Workaround 1
Run the Export Notes Directory from the MNE console after adding the new license to MNE
Workaround 2
Create a new folder right beside the folder that currently holds the SSDM and SMTP translation table.
Confirm the shared and security permissions are sufficiant.
In the NME console under the "Shared Directories" section change the path for the "Common tools and settings" to another folder.
Click Apply
Run the Directory Export to initiate the SSDM license
Additional Information
If desired you may also delete the old folder, then rename the new folder to the old name and then change the "Common tool settings" back to the origional name.
