Folders are not being excluded (42727)

When using an import file to exclude folders in NDS Migrator, The file scan shows no folders being skipped.

No lines like the following appear in the logs:

55   * Warning * [09:43:54.028] Excluded-folders list has excluded folder \\?\UNC\Server\SYS\Folder\Folder2

There can be two causes for this to happen.

1. The folder being excluded does not exist.
2. There is a trailing back-slash  at the end of the folder name ''Folder2\'' ie. \\?\UNC\Server\SYS\Folder\Folder2\ should actually be \\?\UNC\Server\SYS\Folder\Folder2

To get around this issue:

1. Verify that the path is correct and accessible by typing the UNC path in the run command.
2. Remove the paths from the exclude folders and reimport without the trailing
