Typically, the addproxy utility can only be run once on a workstation; however, in some situations, addproxy may need to be run multiple times on the same workstation. How this be done?
Refer to Resolution
When addproxy is run, the following registry keys are created/updated, which prevent the program from running multiple times on the same GroupWise mailbox:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Quest Software\\GroupWise
Migrator\\AddedProxies
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Wingra Technologies\\GroupWise
The addproxy utility does not read the success log csv file for a userID before it runs. In the addproxy.ini file, if force=0 is set, the program checks the registry to see if addproxy has been run previously. If force=1 is set in the ini file, then addproxy is always run regardless of the registry.
