Unable to disable rules. -
Cause
When setting forwarding on a Groupwise account the Set-Groupwise-Forwarding action is the only function where GME fully opens the client in the background and traces through the menus in order to set the forwarding rule in the mailbox. This is done because in Groupwise this is the only way that forwarding can be set on an account, through the "Rules" in the Client GUI.

Resolution
Login to the Groupwise Client as the user you are trying to set forwarding for, click on "Tools" | "Rules"
Note any Pop-ups that occur which may be causing Groupwise Migrator to halt. Attempt to prevent the Pop-Up from happening and then re-try the Forwarding actions in Groupwise Migrator for Exchange.
