Public Folder Target Agent (PFTA) fails with the following error:

Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

Exchange 2010 Management Tools are missing on the agent host.
Inadequate account permissions.
Install the Exchange 2010 Management Tools on the agent host.
Add 'domain\account' mentioned in the log to Public Folder Management and Recipient Management groups.
