Cause
Service File Viewer for 8.7 was released with QMM version 8.8. This version of the Service File Viewer does not support multiple agent instances and is not compatible with QMM 8.8.

Resolution
The Service File Viewer is being redesigned to support multiple agent instances, and will be released with QMM 9.0.
