System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80004005): The user has insufficient access rights.
Description

When migrating to Office 365 the following error is seen in the MAgE log when trying to switch a user.
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80004005): The user has insufficient access rights.
Cause

The account configured within Migration Manager for Exchange does not have access to modify attributes within Active Directory.
Resolution

Verify that the service account is a member of the BUILTIN\ADMINISTRATORS group or the "Domain Admins" group.
