Description

The SwitchResMB log shows:

Error: Cannot open RootDSE object 'LDAP://domain-name/RootDSE', account 'domain\account', password 'password'. Error = 8007052e
Error: Cannot get information from domain-name
No profiles to update were found!
Completed with exitCode = 64
Cause

The error code 8007052e translates to "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password".
Resolution

Check that the password specified in the log is correct.
