Description
An agent cannot authenticate to its domain controller when logging on to the mailbox store.

Cause
The user account may have been locked out.

Resolution
Go to the Active Directory Users and Computers snapin and ensure the account has not been locked out. If it has then remove the checkbox which will enable the account.
