The Mail, Public Folder, or Calendar agents on an SCR cluster are not extracting data and the agent log shows "CDBReplicator::SynchronizeImpl Warning 3581 Cannot open replication system table 'MSysTombstone' because the table is already in use."
The Agents folder was moved from one drive to another without full reinstall of agents on an SCR cluster, but the tracking databases were not moved to the new drive. There are database files located on the root of the drive where the agents folder is located. Depending on the agents installed on the server, there are various files. See resolution for further informaiton.
-Stop the agent reporting the warning
-Copy the files that were missed during the move of the agents folder. The files do not all necessarily exist, as it depends on the agents installed on the particular server.
For the mail synchronization agents - EMWST.DAT
For the Public Folder synchronization agents - EMWSTP.DAT
For the Calendar synchronization agent - EMWSCSA.DAT, if there is a two-way sync then there is a second file - EMWTCSA.DAT
-Start the agent reporting the problem and keep an eye on the log to see if the errors return.
