Description
A Remote Users Collection to EX2010 may not copy all mail data if there is a mailbox size quota set for the target mailbox. There are no errors in the log and mailbox switches successfully.

Cause
This is caused by the fact that Exchange continues to accept messages from the Mail Source Agent even if the quota is exceeded, and does not return any error messages.

Resolution
This is a known issue and will be resolved in QMM 8.9.
