Are conflict items synchronized by mail/calendar sync? (4262245)

Conflict mail items are those listed in the Outlook folder list under Sync Issues, Conflicts.  In the case of conflict appointment items these can be seen in Outlook by viewing the calendar with the View | Current View | All Appointments option (these options may vary according to Outlook version).  The conflict items are denoted with yellow icons.

Are these items migrated?

These items are not migrated.  It may also be found that unresolved conflict items may also not be exported to PST by native means, so if these need to be retained for whatever reason Microsoft should be consulted.
