CSession::OpenPST Error -2147221233 File: 'aeMAPISession.cpp' Line: '1104' in the EMWPFTA.log or EMWPFSA.log when migrating Public Folders to Exchange 2016 (4259592)

Public Folder synchronization to Exchange 2016 fails with one of the following errors:

CSession::OpenPST Error -2147221233 File: 'aeMAPISession.cpp' Line: '1104'

I. Ensure that you can successfully log on to both MMEX_PFSA and MMEX_PFTA profiles, with OUtlook 2013.

Note: Make sure that no issues related to certificate validation occur when you run Outlook. For instance, if you use self-signed certificates for Exchange 2016 Servers, you need to log on to each agent host under the Agent Host Account and add certificate from to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities and Trusted Publisher lists.

II. If you can't log on to any of these profiles, please delete them and recreate, as follows:

1) Log on to agent host server with the Agent Host Account,

2) Open Start | Control Panel | Mail (32-bit) and click Show Profiles 

3) Click Add and then specify the profile name (either MMEX_PFSA or MMEX_PFTA, respectively). Click OK.
