Description

Updating Resource Mailboxes with the SwitchResMB.exe utility failed with the following:
Info: Connect to the Active Directory server '<DC_FQDN>' using LDAP.
Info: Create profiles and check the switch message.
Error: Cannot create service MSEMS. Error = 030f5210
Error: Cannot create a profile for mailbox = /o=[ORG_NAME]/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=[MAILBOX]
No profiles to update were found!
Completed with exitCode = 64
Cause

Client Profile Updating Utility (CPUU) version you're using doesn't support Exchange 2013 as a source.
Resolution

Please download the latest CPUU version from https://support.quest.com/kb/77417
