Public Folder Synchronization Job cannot be created, as the service account used for Exchange server cannot get the IPMSubtree folder.
The following messages are shown in the EMWMigration.log file:

Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 package being a requirement for QMM Project Manager machine is installed along with Microsoft Outlook. These two applications installed on the same server prevent the MAPI logon procedure that the QMM Project Manager application must perform.
To resolve the issue, please uninstall Microsoft Outlook from QMM Project Manager machine and reinstall Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1
You might also need to reboot the QMM Project Manager machine after reinstallation.
