Description
Manual switch with QMM Project Manager fails with
Error 0xe100002d. Failed to bind to [ADAM_Server] (dn=) as user [service_account] with 4230 authentication type.
LDAP error 0x31. Invalid Credentials (8009030C: LdapErr: DSID-0C0905D3, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v1db1).

Cause
There are many reasons for not being able to perform a BIND. However, the most possible reason is incorrect password or account. -
Resolution
Retype the password of the account used to connect to ADAM server.
This can be done in Open Project Wizard.
To launch the wizard, right-click the root node in QMM Management Tree and select Open Project command from the shortcut menu.
In the Wizard click on the ADAM/AD LDS page and retype the password for the administrative account.
