When the user attempts to "show associated collections" in the Quest Migration Manager Console you receive the error shown below and the program shuts down.

This happens when the Quest Migration Manager Console is looking for a file but it is not found. Specifically the file sharedinterfaces.dll is not found in the C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Migration Manager\Exchange Data folder. This can happen when the user has not installed all the features during the initial install of Quest Migration Manager.
** For 64-bit Windows installations the folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Migration Manager\Exchange Data
This can be resolved by installing the feature "Migration to Office 365" on the Quest Migration Manager Console. To install this feature please follow the steps below.
1. Open up "Programs and Features" from the Control Panel.
2. Select "Quest Migration Manager" and click on "Change"
3. Select "Modify" if it is not selected already and click on "Next"
4. Click on "Migration to Office 365" and select "Entire feature will be installed on local hard drive.
5. Click "Next" in the following 2 steps to complete the installation.
6. Download and apply the latest hotfix from https://support.quest.com/Search/SolutionDetail.aspx?id=SOL77417
