Transmission agent sends PRVs to wrong agent host server. (4222177)

Transmission agent is not copying PRV files to the proper target Agent Host Specified.

When using "legacy Agents" (Mail Agents MSA and MTA), they may fail to update the configuration when changing to an alternate mail target agent host.  The settings stored in the database may not update regardless of committing changes successfully.  The result is the transmission agent continues sending PRV files to an old specified host.   The cause is unknown.

A workaround to quickly resolve the issue is to create a new collection and move the users into it.  This in essence updates the SQL database to use the proper agent host server in the target.

1. Create a new collection.  Configure the new collection to point to the new agent host in the target.
2. Move the members of the problematic collection into the newly created collection.
3. Move members by highlighting your problem collection.
4. Then Select the "members" button at the top of the program GUI.
5. Hightlight any members you wish to move. (Use crtl, to make multiple selections)
6. Right click on the selection, and choose "Add-to..." from the menu. 
7. Select the new collection created from the list of collections shown.
8. Commit the changes to complete the process.

Check your transmission agent log after a few moments of processing.
