After upgrade to Exchange 2016 CU8 the CMN/CMG Exchange FreeBusy lookup can’t process with the error message:
“Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceResponseException: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed.”
The connected Exchange Server Endpoint (autodiscover and EWS) needs authentication.
The connected Exchange Server Endpoint (autodiscover and EWS) needs authentication.
To fix it you must enter a valid Exchange user (similar to O365 configuration).
