NTA is moving AE70A0E5BDB48E43B727B46D6D37C721.PRV from NODE1 and NODE2 while file from NODE2 appears to be locked. This happens always when NTA is reporting to move the same file name simultaneously.
This article is applicable to the new QMM 8.3 logic supporting Exchange 2007 cluster failover. It is not related to any product versions below QMM 8.3.
This behavior is by design. The second copy of PRV/PUB file is just hard-link to the first one. While original one is being copied second file will be locked. Transmission Agent cannot skip ahead and start transferring the next PRV/PUB file because the sequencing will be broken. It will have to wait till the originating file transfer is complete.
