After Resource Processing, Outlook 2016 Pro Plus will not completely launch on a Windows 10 machine. -
Cause
Microsoft changed Authentication from Azure Active Directory Authentication Library (ADAL) to Web Account Manager (WAM). This causes Outlook 2016 to hang. -
Resolution
Add the following registry key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity]
"DisableADALatopWAMOverride"=dword:00000001Note: Quest is not responsible for any issues that arise from changes to the Registry
