| Severity: 0 | Source: EMWCluster::CheckCluster is logged to EMWMigration.log file when refreshing the source or target organization using QMM Project Manager or when trying to install QMM agents on the server.
The service account used by the QMM Project Manager cannot access the shared folder \\server_name\qmmex$server_name$ on the network due to possible problems with the server that might have been caused by Antivirus software installed.

The article is related to Exchange server problems caused by installing Norton AntiVirus for Windows or IBM AntiVirus 3.01N (Build 301.590) software on the server. If the article is irrelevant, that is, none of the above software has been installed, please check the following registry key on the Exchange server in question:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\MSV1_0
and set the parameters
NTLMMinClientSec and
NTLMMinServerSec
to 0x0 value
If the server is a cluster, the changes should be made on all cluster nodes.

After the server reboot, please refresh the organization or server in QMM Project Manager and make sure the error is not being logged.
