Exchange tab in the Migration Manager console will not open - with the associated error "No Process is on the other end of the pipe"

With no error at all and the Tab will not load any information. These error may be seen in the Event Viewer System log and also in the EMWMigration log for the console.
It's also possible that QMM console will simply hang with no response and no error in EMWMigration.log. AD part of the tool is opening fine.
