A manual Switch / Unswitch mailbox results in "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized"
Project autodiscover settings have been configured in accordance with KB https://support.quest.com/migration-manager-for-exchange/kb/213504
The (401) Unauthorized error can have multiple causes. Please some possible resolutions below.
i) Disable any proxy in the Internet Explorer settings on the QMM console server for the service account.
ii) Ensure browsing from the console to both source and target autodiscover addresses (https://autodiscover.companyname.net/autodiscover/autodiscover.svc) produces a credential prompt similar to below:
iii) Run the Test-OutlookWebServices cmdlet in the problem exchange environment to ensure no environmental problems exist on the autodiscover service
