Cause
Assuming the issue is not related to https://support.software.dell.com/migration-manager-for-exchange/kb/136770 where the O365 account type can also generate this error this error has been encountered on mailboxes where X500 addresses of different / incorrect AD users may be present on those accounts returning the 'The given key was not present in the dictionary' error. -
