In order to resolve this you will need to do the following.
1. Uninstall all of the agents and shared components.
2. Logon to the agent host that had the agents installed.
3. Make sure that everything has been removed from the "Programs and Features" list.
4. Browse to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files" and remove the "Aelita Shared" folder.
5. Reboot both Agent Host and Console.
6. Install your agents again.
