All sync jobs and collections are removed after removing an incorrect target Exchange Organization from the Migration Manager for Exchange console

In a specific scenario, all sync jobs and collections may be removed after removing an incorrect target Exchange Organization from the Migration Manager for Exchange console.

In scenarios so far, the incorrect target organization that was added was in fact the source organization. Upon deleting the source org from the incorrect section, it was observed that it was not removed after the first attempt, and only after the second attempt. Upon doing this, all sync jobs and collections are removed.
