Description
When trying to configure a new project the following error is being reported

The following error occurred when configuring project.
LDAP error 0x10. No Such Attribute (00002074: AtrErr: DSID-03120522, #1:
0: 00002074: DSID-03120522, problem 1001 (NO_ATTRIBUTE_OR_VAL), data 0, Att 90171 (fSMORoleOwner)). -
Cause
It has been observed that this error occurs when an account with insufficient rights is being used.

Resolution
When using the console and creating a new project you need to use an account which has rights to the ADAM, ideally the account which was used when installing ADAM.
Please log in as this account (which was used when installing ADAM), then use the Project Wizard and try to create a new project again.
Before you log in ensure this account has local admin rights on the computer where ADAM is installed and has rights in the domain (ideally it should be a member of local built in Administrators group, it doesn't need to be a Domain Admin). Being a member of domain local built in Administrators group is a requirement, it is outlined in QMM Quick Start Guide.
