Source Domain and Target Domain have the same users IDs existing in each prior to the migration. When user migrate the source domain users to target domain and its rename the users id to another users ID in Target domain using custom import file. During the Directory Synchronization, there is showing conflict on sAMAccountName or other users attributes.
This is due to the users ID exist in the Target domain is not migrating from the same user's ID in the source domain.
To skip the conflict attribute during the Directory Synchronization. Below is the steps:
In the Synchronization -> right click select properties -> go to Advance Options -> Click on Attributes to Skip... Button
Select the users object attribute that have appear in the conflict. On highlighted attributes perform following step
1. Click on the Direction.. Button
2. Select Source-to-Target Sync and click OK
3. Click OK to finish
4. Stop the current synchronization, and perform the FULL RE-SYNCHRONIZATION (Note: Full re-synchronization deletes the last state information and resynchronizes the directories. It overwrites single-valued attributes and merges multi-valued attributes. For example, if a group has member User1 on the source and the corresponding group has User2 on the target, after you re-sync from source to target the target group will have both User1 and User2.)
