Description
You are able to successfully ping the RUM console server from the Workstation, and vice versa, by NetBIOS and FQDN.
Processing a computer fails with "Error 0x6ba. The RPC server is unavailable".

Cause
The Quest Migration Manager RUM Agent Service status is stopped.

Resolution
Start the Quest Migration Manager RUM Agent Service and verify the service is set to start automatically. If the service startup is Manual, change it to Automatic. If it's set to automatic (triggered), set it to automatic.
