When Launching Active Directory Processing Wizard receiving the error "Could not load type 'Proje (4312988)

Such an issue can occur after an upgrade to version 8.4, an error as per the following screen shot is seen:  

Such an error can occur due to file versions conflict of processing wizards from the previous setup.

To resolve the issue:

1. SharePoint processing has to be un-installed from the console.
2. Any stand alone Active Directory Processing Wizard tasks have to be un-installed from the console.
3. A repair installation of the Migration Manager has to be made after the above have been un-installed.
