You may migrate an account but receive an error where the DSA is unwilling to perform enabling of an account. The following may be seen it the DSA.log.
9/3/2010 10:06:14 AM (GMT-05:00) Activation AcAdSwitches Account Switch, enabling target object 9208D0CADB66BD4185D0436F4D5E730C
9/3/2010 10:06:14 AM (GMT-05:00) Common AcAdSwitches LDAP error 0x35. Unwilling To Perform (0000052D: SvcErr: DSID-031A0FC0, problem 5003 (WILL_NOT_PERFORM), data 0).
The account being enabled may not have a password set.
If you are in fact skipping the "copy password" option from source to target during your migation then it may prevent the "Enable Targets Accounts" option from working. This is because accounts cannot be enabled on the target without an existing password set. Either manually set the password on the target accounts or use the "copy password" feature to resolve this error. You could also safely ignore this error as the accounts are still migrated effectively.
