Description
When running the Vmover Command Line Updating tool, an Error is returned in the log with no processing done at all.

Cause
In this case the error was returned because the server was hardened with a restriction on the ability for an application to run if it is not listed as an acceptable executable. -
Resolution
Either the vmover.exe could be added to the list or the restriction lifted until after the processing is complete.
Depending on the way they are implementing the application restriction, there should be an entry in the Windows Event Viewer Application log for the event.
