Sometimes the DSA may stop synchnronising and when looking at the QMM Console under "Synchronization Statistics" the following "Last Operation Error Code" will be visible:
-335544219 error 0xec000065. UM : Backup configuration
This is often caused by the DSA server's disk space being used up
Freeing up disk space and restarting the DSA should resolve this issue. A common reason for disk space to be used up is the DSA dumps directory containing a lot of dumps. These dump files can be removed:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Migration Manager\DSA\CONFIGS\Dumps
After a restart the synchronisation should start working again but if more dumps get created again straight away please raise a support case for further investigation
