RUM processing generates 'ComAdminCatalog' error -
Description
When processing the cluster virtual server name with RUM, the following error is generated:
\\PDGLMPADMIG03 COMPlus Error -2147467225 The component or application containing the component has been disabled. Cannot create 'COMAdminCatalog' object on: '\\ADMigCluster'. -
Cause
A COM+ client application may return the error if network COM+ access is disabled

Resolution
Enable network COM+ access
- Click Start, point to Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
- Click Add/Remove Windows Components.
- Select Application Server, and then click Details.
- Click Enable network COM+ access, and then click OK.
- Click Next, and then click Finish.
- Restart the computer.
