Description

A User object is not being created in target domain and synchronization fails. The DSA.log file records the following deletion conflict message for the user object:
FeedBack Handler discovered the deletion conflict for LDAP://DC.DOMAIN.COM/CN=USER_NAME\...,CN=Deleted Objects,DC=DOMAIN_NAME,DC=COM
Cause

The source user object is being matched to a target user object which had previously been deleted and is now located within the Deleted Objects container in the target Active Directory
Resolution

Locate and restore the deleted User object in the target domain by following the steps in the following Microsoft technet article: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd379542(v=ws.10).aspx
