Is it possible to use Cached Credentials Utility from 8.15 version with QMM 8.14 -
Description
QMM 8.14 is installed and there are no immediate plans to upgrade the whole project. Is it possible to use 8.15 CCU to migrated VPN-connected machines while QMM is still on 8.14 version? -
Resolution
Yes. There are absolutely no problems using CCU from 8.15 while QMM is still on 8.14 version. CCU is not communicating with ADLDS database and relies on vmover.ini file to process machines and users.
It's recommended also to extract vmover.exe (32-bit and 64-bit) from QMM 8.15 to place it into CCU share.
