What is the impact on extending the Target Active Directory Schema during the migration to support Microsoft Lync?

Resolution
Althought we do not suggest any changes during migration, There should be no impact because Migration Manager does not use Microsoft Lync.
Schema extension should not be done during the migration. Any schema extension should be done after migration complete. Please refer to the following article for more details:
