To resolve the issue, please verify from the QMM console machine, that it's possible to resolve source domain by NetBIOS name or FQDN. Alternatively, try to specify source domain DC directly.
If still doesn't work, please verify that specified source domain admin account has enough rights and able to perform an interactive login to DCs. One of the ways to test that: open RDP session from QMM console machine to source DC using that designated account.
